CREMA FREDDA AL CAFFE' is a powder mix for coffee-flavored sorbets, rich and refreshing. With 7% coffee powder, it's perfect for a quick and easy preparation in slush machines.

Preparation Method

  • Pour the entire bag of Iced Coffee powder into a measuring cup.
  • Add 3 liters of full-fat, long-life milk to the measuring cup.
  • Mix the milk and powder thoroughly with a whisk.
  • Add up to 1-1.5 liters of water as desired. Especially in warm weather, it may be desirable to have slightly more ice crystals in the final product.
  • Fill the Oranka B-Frozen Smart dispenser with the mixed Iced Coffee.
  • Set the dispenser to position 2 (Frozen position).
  • After about 60 minutes, the product is ready for consumption.

Storage

Best before: see packaging.
Store closed at max. 20°C.
